INFORMATION ON FULFILLMENT OF ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS ON THE WWW.TULPLAST.UK WEBSITE
TULPLAST SOCHA sp. k. with its registered office in Paczkowo presents below a list of conveniences and functionalities implemented in the online store https://www.tulplast.uk/ that aim to comply with accessibility requirements, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring the fulfillment of accessibility requirements for certain products and services by economic entities (Journal of Laws, item 731):
1. Graphic elements have been assigned alternative texts compatible with screen readers.
2. A logical heading structure (from #h1 to #h6) compatible with screen readers has been introduced.
3. Interface elements have clear names for voice control programs.
4. Suitable color contrast has been applied to facilitate the use of the online store by visually impaired persons.
5. The online store has been optimized for keyboard operation, and in particular it is ensured that keyboard shortcuts do not trigger accidentally during typing or dictation.
6. The user can easily cancel accidental clicks via an “undo” function.
7. The site does not contain content with fast‑changing sequences of images that might be difficult to read or dangerous to persons with epilepsy.
8. Forms available in the online store provide clear and legible messages if filled in incorrectly.
9. The online store site allows scaling to large sizes and works both in vertical and horizontal orientation without disrupting functionality (responsiveness and scalability).

15. The store site is available in several language versions (Polish, English and German), with the default language set to Polish, recognizable by a screen reader. In the event further functionalities and conveniences are introduced, this list will be updated on an ongoing basis.
OPTION TO FILE A COMPLAINT
If despite our efforts you believe that we do not ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements, you have the right to submit a complaint to us.
Contents of the complaint
The content of the complaint should include:
1) the first name and last name of the consumer filing the complaint;
2) a correspondence address, email address or telephone number indicating the preferred method of contact with the consumer;
3) an indication of the product or service to which the complaint relates;
4) an indication of the accessibility requirement not fulfilled by the product or service, together with a demand to ensure its fulfillment by the economic entity.
The complaint may include an indication of the preferred method of ensuring fulfillment of the accessibility requirement by the product or service.
A complaint that does not contain the above information shall be left unconsidered.
How to file a complaint
A complaint may be submitted:
1) in writing – personally at the company’s registered office (Wiosenna 27, 62‑021 Paczkowo) or sent via postal dispatch within the meaning of Art. 3(21) of the Act of 23 November 2012 – Postal Law (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1640 and 2024, item 467), or sent to an electronic delivery address within the meaning of Art. 2(1) of the Act of 18 November 2020 on electronic deliveries (Journal of Laws 2023, items 285, 1860 and 2699), entered in the electronic addresses database referred to in Art. 25 of that Act;
2) orally – by telephone at +48 61 815 70 16 / +48 696 172 856 or in person to the record during a visit to our premises;

Complaint processing time
We will consider your complaint and provide an answer via your indicated preferred method of contact within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
In particularly complex cases preventing consideration and response within 30 days, we will inform you of that fact (within the above time and via your preferred method of contact) and specify a new time for consideration of the complaint and providing a response, not exceeding 60 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
