We offer a comprehensive range of tool and injection moulding services – from design to mould creation and production. Regardless of whether we manufacture catalogue elements or we need to work on non-standard solutions – we are always fully committed and offer engineering assistance.
For tailor-made projects, we use our specialist knowledge together with our own production facilities. We can make semi-finished or finished products of plastic or metal, or prepare metal elements for further overmould.
Thanks to three production plants: Tool Room, Metal Processing Plant and Injection Moulding Plant, which accommodate several dozen injection moulding machines, CNC machines for metal processing, milling machines, lathes, band saws and welding robots, we make thousands of elements every week.

We work based on a technical drawing or a reference detail provided.
Stage 3
MOULD PRODUCTION
Using high-tech machinery, we design and make, by means of machining, injection moulds for the production of details for various industry branches.
Stage 4
PRODUCTION ON INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES
In everyday production, we process such materials as: LDPE, HDPE, PA, PP, PS, ABS, PC, PMMA and POM on the Arburg and Engel injection moulding machines.
Stage 5
MAINTENANCE AND REGENERATION
We refurbish and stock injection moulds.
Tool Room
The Tool Room allows us to control the entire production process: from concept to finished product. It is where we make tools, blanking dies and injection moulds. Our competitive advantage is the possibility to implement the product quickly and provide the customer with real support when creating the design.
