Pyramid plug made of LDPE polyethylene, standardly available in black, gray or white colors. Used for plugging profiles (steel, aluminum, plastic, etc.) with a square cross-section and various wall thicknesses. Can be made to order in other colors. Made of plastic using the injection method, intended for plugging profiles. The plug is composed of an external part protruding beyond the profile and an internal part, the so-called core, driven into the center of the profile. The matte structure of the upper part of the plug gives it an aesthetic appearance. The rough surface prevents scratches in collective packaging. The lower part of the plug consists of a core and protruding "lamellas". When driving in the plug, the lamellas adjust to the thickness of the profile wall.

The material from which we make the plugs is Polyethylene - a material with universal application possibilities. Polyethylene is characterized by low abrasion while maintaining resistance to environmental stress corrosion cracking, high dimensional stability even at low temperatures, very good chemical resistance and low water absorption. It is resistant to changing weather conditions and UV radiation. It is also characterized by good electrical insulating properties. Polyethylene is a completely physiologically neutral material, so it is fully approved for contact with food.

 

Plugs are widely used in structures made of steel profiles, fencing systems, some machines and devices, workshop furniture, playground equipment and other elements of garden architecture. They are used in the furniture, machinery, electrical engineering and construction industries.
