Toothed rack is mounted by means of self-drilling screws and washers on gate's frame or screwed directly to gate's profile drilled and threaded by means of hexagon head bolts M6 x 12 and washers. Installation of the rack is recommended for sliding gates with gate maximum clear length of 8 linear meters. The rack is joined endlessly using oblique joint – “dovetail”.

Packaging sizes:
- LZP/33 polyamide gear rack comes in the following sizes: 4 m, 10 m and 16 m,
- the product can also be sold by metre.
- The product should be used exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose.
- The product should not be subjected to mechanical loads other than those resulting from its normal use.
- The product should not be modified or altered – such actions may lead to loss of protective and safety properties.
- The product is not suitable for children. There is a risk of choking on small parts. Keep the product out of the reach of children, especially if it contains small components.
- Do not expose the product to open flames or high temperatures.
- Do not use the product in chemically aggressive environments (for example, in the presence of solvents, acids, or technical oils), unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
- Before use, check that the product does not have any cracks, deformations, or other damage. Damaged components must be replaced – products with visible defects must not be used.
- Do not modify, cut, or alter the product – this may result in the loss of its properties and increase the risk of accidents due to malfunction.
- The product is not intended for contact with food, drinking water, or direct contact with the human body, unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
- Clean the product with a soft, damp cloth, without aggressive detergents or solvents.
- If the product is used in or near electrical installations, ensure that it does not conduct electricity and that its use complies with electrical safety regulations.
- Dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations regarding plastic waste. Do not throw it into mixed waste if waste separation is required.
- If there are any doubts about proper use, please consult the manufacturer.
