Came FAST PLUS kit

FAST PLUS is a complete kit for automatic control of a double-leaf gate mounted on brick or masonry posts. The maximum length of a single leaf is 2.30 m. The operators have articulated arms and endstops – we recommend installing a stopper at the entrance.

Advantages:
- Fast is a new operator with articulated arm, designed for gates with a leaf length of 2.30 m, mounted on masonry posts with a width of at least 20 cm,
- built-in control board in one of the operators makes installation and cabling work easier,
- in case of power outage, the operators are equipped with a convenient release mechanism,
- dedicated to grey- and graphite-coloured modern-looking gates.

The FAST PLUS kit includes the following components:
- 230-V electromechanical operator with articulated arm and built-in ZF1 control board,
- 230-V electromechanical operator with articulated arm,
- frequency card,
- DIR10 photocells,
- available remote control types: Top (2-channel) or Space (2-channel).

- maximum gate weight with 2.30-m leaf length: 200 kg,
- operators should be installed on brick and masonry posts with a size of 380x380 (min. size: 200x200 mm),
- maximum motor power: 160 W,
- 90° opening time: 18 s,
- duty cycle: 30%, residential,
- thrust: 180 Nm,
- operating temperature: -20°C to +55°C.

Standard functions:
- endstops integrated into the operators enable quick and accurate adjustment of leaf opening and closing points,
- automatic closing,
- gate stopping with the remote control,
- safety even when the gate is not moving thanks to the special electronic circuit which ignores every command if an obstacle is detected by the safety devices.

Additional functions:
- partial opening of the gate to allow pedestrian passage if the control board is replaced with the ZA3 board,
- an additional photocell kit should be installed after replacing the control board with the ZA3 board.

The product should be used exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose.
The product should not be subjected to mechanical loads other than those resulting from its normal use.
The product should not be modified or altered – such actions may lead to loss of protective and safety properties.
The product is not suitable for children. There is a risk of choking on small parts. Keep the product out of the reach of children, especially if it contains small components.
Do not expose the product to open flames or high temperatures.
Do not use the product in chemically aggressive environments (for example, in the presence of solvents, acids, or technical oils), unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
Before use, check that the product does not have any cracks, deformations, or other damage. Damaged components must be replaced – products with visible defects must not be used.
Do not modify, cut, or alter the product – this may result in the loss of its properties and increase the risk of accidents due to malfunction.
The product is not intended for contact with food, drinking water, or direct contact with the human body, unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
Clean the product with a soft, damp cloth, without aggressive detergents or solvents.
If the product is used in or near electrical installations, ensure that it does not conduct electricity and that its use complies with electrical safety regulations.
Dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations regarding plastic waste. Do not throw it into mixed waste if waste separation is required.
