The trolley is intended for cantilever sliding gates. It is used for various gate profiles and semi-closed C-channels. The gate trolleys are galvanically zinc-coated and reinforced with yellow CR VI zinc, making them more durable and resistant to corrosion. The galvanic layer has a thickness of approximately 8–12 μm.
Advantages of the articulated trolley:
- Articulated trolleys are used for standard gates with the correct counterweight proportion.
- The gate does not jam during operation, as the moving parts of the trolley adapt to the gate profile.
- Articulated trolleys adjust to continuous stress on the gate caused by changing weather conditions.
Advantages of the additional adjustment plate:
The first bottom mounting plate is screwed directly to the foundation base. The second base allows for height adjustment of the closed gate. This solution ensures a stable and strong attachment of the trolley to the foundation base.
Sliding trolleys are equipped with polyamide and metal rollers.
Advantages of the polyamide bearing roller:
- They are manufactured by injection molding, which ensures high resistance to wear and cracking.
- They reduce the noise level when moving the gate.
- Wear is lower than with steel rollers.
- The metal gate profile does not wear out.
- High resistance to changing weather conditions.
- Rollers are equipped with caps that protect the bearing from dirt.
Articulated load-bearing trolleys for cantilever sliding gates. Custom production available for various gate profiles.
Gate load capacity: 800–1000 kg.
Clear gate width: 6–12 meters.
Mounting plate: TYPE “B” – optional
