Trolley designed for self-supporting sliding gates. Used for various gate profiles and semi-closed channels. Gate trolleys are galvanically zinc-plated and reinforced with yellow CR VI zinc coating, making them more durable and corrosion-resistant. The galvanic layer has a thickness of approximately 8–12 µm.

Thicker steel sheet has been used. The trolley base has been extended, making installation more comfortable.
Advantages of the fixed trolley
Fixed trolleys are used for non-standard gates with an insufficient counterweight length. The advantage of installing such trolleys is achieving minimal tilting during gate opening.
Sliding trolleys are equipped with polyamide or metal rollers.
Advantages of the polyamide bearing roller:
- Manufactured using injection molding, which guarantees high resistance to abrasion and cracking.
- They reduce noise levels during gate movement.
- Abrasion is lower compared to steel rollers.
- The metal gate profile does not wear out.
- High resistance to changing weather conditions.
Trolley installation
Trolleys are installed at the end of the gate in the so-called counterweight section. It is assumed that the counterweight length is 1/3 of the clear gate opening or, for gates longer than 8 m, approximately 1/2 of the clear gate opening. The trolley mounting base has four elongated holes (slots), through which it is fixed to the ground using anchors or threaded rods. The maximum rod diameter is M16, with M14 recommended.

- The product should be used exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose.
- The product should not be subjected to mechanical loads other than those resulting from its normal use.
- The product should not be modified or altered – such actions may lead to loss of protective and safety properties.
- The product is not suitable for children. There is a risk of choking on small parts. Keep the product out of the reach of children, especially if it contains small components.
- Do not expose the product to open flames or high temperatures.
- Do not use the product in chemically aggressive environments (for example, in the presence of solvents, acids, or technical oils), unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
- Before use, check that the product does not have any cracks, deformations, or other damage. Damaged components must be replaced – products with visible defects must not be used.
- Do not modify, cut, or alter the product – this may result in the loss of its properties and increase the risk of accidents due to malfunction.
- The product is not intended for contact with food, drinking water, or direct contact with the human body, unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
- Clean the product with a soft, damp cloth, without aggressive detergents or solvents.
- If the product is used in or near electrical installations, ensure that it does not conduct electricity and that its use complies with electrical safety regulations.
- Dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations regarding plastic waste. Do not throw it into mixed waste if waste separation is required.
- If there are any doubts about proper use, please consult the manufacturer.
