Came BXV 8 SAFE kit 8K01MS-013

The 8K01MS-013 BXV 8 SAFE kit includes the following components:
- 24 V operator with control board,
- frequency card,
- DIR10 photocells,
- available remote control types: Top (2-channel) or Space (2-channel).

- maximum gate weight: 800 kg,
- recommended gate leaf length: from 4 m to 6 m,
- maximum motor power: 400 W,
- max. speed: 11 m/min,
- duty cycle: 50%, residential,
- thrust: 800 N,
- operating temperature: -20°C to +55°C.

Additional functions:
- 24 V power supply for the motor,
- intelligent control board located separately inside the operator,
- vertically installed control panel to enable easier access for programming,
- accurate adjustments with a multifunctional display of the control board,
- easy extension with additional functions (GSM, LAN, WIFI card),
- partial opening of the gate to allow pedestrian passage,
- automatic closing,
- gate stopping with the remote control,
- safety even when the gate is not moving thanks to the special electronic circuit which ignores every command if an obstacle is detected by the safety devices,
- synchronisation of two operators,
- dual operation of two operators.

Note: the kit does not include the gear rack to be installed on the gate. The gear rack may be purchased separately (sold in specific lengths).

Available gear rack types:
1) LZP/33 polyamide gear rack, 33-cm sections, infinitely connectable,
2) LZP/40 polyamide gear rack, 40-cm sections, infinitely connectable,
3) LZM/8 metal gear rack, 1-m sections with a thickness of 8 mm, infinitely connectable,
4) LZM/10 metal gear rack, 1-m sections with a thickness of 10 mm, infinitely connectable,
5) LZM/12 metal gear rack, 1-m sections with a thickness of 12 mm, infinitely connectable.

The kit may be reconfigured according to your needs: additional remote control units and other accessories are available (e.g. flashing light, external keypad, card scanner, complete kit with additional photocells and safety devices).

The product should be used exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose.

Do not use the product in chemically aggressive environments (for example, in the presence of solvents, acids, or technical oils), unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
Before use, check that the product does not have any cracks, deformations, or other damage. Damaged components must be replaced – products with visible defects must not be used.
Do not modify, cut, or alter the product – this may result in the loss of its properties and increase the risk of accidents due to malfunction.
The product is not intended for contact with food, drinking water, or direct contact with the human body, unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
Clean the product with a soft, damp cloth, without aggressive detergents or solvents.
If the product is used in or near electrical installations, ensure that it does not conduct electricity and that its use complies with electrical safety regulations.
Dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations regarding plastic waste. Do not throw it into mixed waste if waste separation is required.
