End Cap for Round Tube with Reflective Sticker
The end caps are made of polyethylene using the injection molding method and are designed to close steel profiles. They consist of an external part, visible on the profile, and an internal core with flexible slats that adjust to the wall thickness during installation. The top part has a matte, textured surface – ensuring an aesthetic appearance and minimizing the risk of scratches during transport.
Material: Polyethylene (PE) Polyethylene is a durable material resistant to abrasion, chemicals, UV radiation, and varying weather conditions. It maintains dimensional stability at low temperatures, offers good electrical insulation properties, and is approved for food contact.
Application
End caps are used in steel profile constructions, fences, machinery, workshop furniture, playground equipment, and garden architecture elements. They are widely used in the furniture, machinery, electrical, and construction industries.

Each cap comes with a self-adhesive reflective sticker (one standard size), to be applied by the user.
Standard Color: Black. Other colors available upon request.
- The product should be used exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose.

- The product is not suitable for children. There is a risk of choking on small parts. Keep the product out of the reach of children, especially if it contains small components.

- Do not use the product in chemically aggressive environments (for example, in the presence of solvents, acids, or technical oils), unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
- Before use, check that the product does not have any cracks, deformations, or other damage. Damaged components must be replaced – products with visible defects must not be used.
- Do not modify, cut, or alter the product – this may result in the loss of its properties and increase the risk of accidents due to malfunction.
- The product is not intended for contact with food, drinking water, or direct contact with the human body, unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
- Clean the product with a soft, damp cloth, without aggressive detergents or solvents.
- If the product is used in or near electrical installations, ensure that it does not conduct electricity and that its use complies with electrical safety regulations.
- Dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations regarding plastic waste. Do not throw it into mixed waste if waste separation is required.
