Came BK2200 kit

The BK2200 kit includes the following components:
- 230 V operator with the ZBK control board,
- frequency card,
- DIR10 photocells,
- available remote control types: Top (2-channel) or Space (2-channel),
- mod. 6 gear wheel.

- maximum gate weight: 2200 kg,
- recommended gate leaf length: from 8 m to 12 m,
- maximum motor power: 580 W,
- max. speed: 10.5 m/min,
- duty cycle: 50%,
- thrust: 1500 N,
- operating temperature: -20°C to +55°C.

Additional functions:
- partial opening of the gate to allow pedestrian passage,
- automatic closing,
- gate stopping with the remote control,
- safety even when the gate is not moving thanks to the special electronic circuit which ignores every command if an obstacle is detected by the safety devices,
- synchronisation of two operators,
- dual operation of two operators.
Note: the kit does not include the gear rack to be installed on the gate. The gear rack may be purchased separately (sold in specific lengths).
The kit may be reconfigured according to your needs: additional remote control units and other accessories are available (e.g. flashing light, external keypad, card scanner, complete kit with additional photocells and safety devices).

The product should be used exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose.

The product is not suitable for children. There is a risk of choking on small parts. Keep the product out of the reach of children, especially if it contains small components.
Do not expose the product to open flames or high temperatures.
Do not use the product in chemically aggressive environments (for example, in the presence of solvents, acids, or technical oils), unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
Before use, check that the product does not have any cracks, deformations, or other damage. Damaged components must be replaced – products with visible defects must not be used.
Do not modify, cut, or alter the product – this may result in the loss of its properties and increase the risk of accidents due to malfunction.
The product is not intended for contact with food, drinking water, or direct contact with the human body, unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer.
Clean the product with a soft, damp cloth, without aggressive detergents or solvents.
If the product is used in or near electrical installations, ensure that it does not conduct electricity and that its use complies with electrical safety regulations.
Dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations regarding plastic waste. Do not throw it into mixed waste if waste separation is required.
